E! Networks Expansion

This project includes expansion of approximately 15,000 SF of tenant office space which consisted of exposed ceiling, open office areas, and some perimeter office.

The project was designed with consideration maintaining operation of existing system within the adjacent space and all infrastructure interconnection are coordinated to minimize the amount of down time.

The project was nominated for 2008 IIDA Calibre Team Award.
