Mechanical Designer
Skills/Experience
- 5 years or more experience with HVAC design of commercial core and shell and
tenant improvement projects
- Interface with architects, vendors, building department officials, contractors and
fellow engineers on a daily basis. This includes attending project coordination
and construction meetings and job site visits
- Design mechanical systems including: heating, cooling, air distribution, air
conditioning, ventilation, etc.
- Title 24 knowledge
- Trace load calculations
- To be a part of service oriented organization priding itself on coordination and
technical excellence
Qualifications
- AutoCAD Proficiency
- College degree is preferred but not required
- EIT Certificate is preferred but not required
- PE License is preferred but not required
