Mechanical Engineer
Skills/Experience
- Over 15 years experience with HVAC design of commercial core and shell, tenant
improvements, master plan, and infrastructure projects
- Interface with clients, architects, vendors, building department officials, contractors
and fellow engineers on a daily basis. This includes attending project
coordination, construction and owner meetings and job site visits
- Design mechanical systems including: central plants, controls, heating, cooling, air
distribution, air conditioning, ventilation, etc.
- Select water side, air side, and controls equipment for building mechanical system
- Report writing
- Strong code knowledge
- Title 24 knowledge
- Trace load calculations
- Lead a team of designers/engineers
- General knowledge of plumbing systems
- To be a part of service oriented organization priding itself on coordination and
technical experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required
- PE License required
- AutoCAD knowledge
