This project consisted of 2 full floors of approximately 25,000 SF per floor.  The project features an interconnecting stair.  There is a server room with dedicated 24/7 HVAC system, UPS system and pre-action fire protection system.

MEP system are coordinated to compliment the high end interior design of the space and yet providing a comfortable working environment.

The project was nominated for 2008 IIDA Calibre Team Award.
