Project Manager

Skills/Experience

• 15 years experience in MEP industry
  
• Good knowledge of the design and construction industry
  
• Good knowledge of project delivery methods and MEP design and construction
  

        processes

• Firm grasp of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection design concepts
  
• Client interface and coordinator
  
• Owner and Construction meeting attendance representing all of the MEP trades
  
• Must demonstrate leadership skills
  
• Excellent communication skills essential for team-based working
  
• Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment
  
• Must be highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in either Mechanical or Engineering
  
• PE License preferred but not required
