Job Responsibilities (will vary depending on experience but may include):
- Work under the technical supervision of the firm’s Chief Mechanical Engineer and learn our business, the technical aspects of electrical design, engineering, and the process that we produce contract documents.
- Produce all aspects of plumbing system design and drawings in both AutoCAD and Revit.
- Proactively coordinate with the electrical and mechanical teams on each project and in general.
- Take ownership of projects from the site survey, client coordination, design and construction administration working with project managers and Principals at ARC.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Required)
- Experience working on commercial or institutional projects preferred.
- Proficiency using Revit and AutoCAD in a production or design environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Enthusiasm for developing into a future leader who can carry the vision of the firm forward.
